We regularly use, and highly recommend two differing software products that will assist you in the day to day bookkeeping of your business as well as produce management accounts, VAT returns and go on to submit VAT returns online for you as a fully integrated option.
We have for many years used sage accounts software, along with many of our clients, to keep their businesses accounts information up to date and, where applicable, to produce compliant VAT returns and account information. Sage™ has a variety of products from Sage Instant which is very cost effective for the small business through to packages for larger or more complex businesses.
We are members of the Sage Accountants’ Club™ and within that we can supply you with discounted software and associated products as well as providing a support service with immediate access to sage technical specialists if required.
Sage™ do also offer a cloud based version of their software.
We have recently begun to work with Orbit Accounts who supply Kashflow™ which is a cloud based accounting system. By using a cloud based system it takes away the burden from you in terms of the safety & updating of the software you have and the data included.
You will have the ability to work on the accounts from any computer or laptop (with internet access) as well as enabling us to view and review your accounts as you so wish from the comfort of our own office. This allows us to support you on any problem, no matter or small without the hassle of taking a backup, emailing reports or trying to understand what each other is trying to explain!
We can therefore work with you to ensure the accounts are correct on a real time basis and all reconciled prior to us taking on the year end accounts task or VAT & management accounts jobs if required.
